Nice quality for the price. I use it as a junk journal.

I collect sketchbooks and journals for my artwork and this is a very nice sketch book. I’ll buy several more of these. The pages are nice and durable and can be easily removed when I do something worth framing. Pencil, ink, charcoal, wet or dry media all works well on this paper. Is it archival? Who knows. I don’t care.

Great little book. I use with Washi tape and stickers to create interesting entries.

I bought this because I wanted to shake up my sketchbook game, tired of lined notebooks and such. It's a superficial reason, but I do really enjoy using this notebook. The paper feels nice and I like that it's a soft cover, it makes travel easy. I don't love the book jacket. I tend to just take it off when I use the book. It feels clunky.Overall, for the price, this is a nice upgrade to a regular notebook. If you're looking for a HIGH QUALITY ART NOTEBOOK, you could probably do better. For my needs it's great!

My artist daughter wanted to experiment with this. She liked the paper, how the pad opens up flat and without a spiral in the middle. She didn't like that the papers came out within a couple of days of use. The binding, a string, broke. She used a rubber band to hold the pages together. That worked.

I love these and bought a couple. I tend to draw my own design on the front of it. I like the thick brown paper. Recently bought the smaller size, too, and it's adorable. such a good size and a sturdy little notebook. It's officially my goto journal.

This looks handmade and may be. It is exactly what I had hoped for a with mid-tone sketchbook for value studies. It opens flat and has a protective cover which is remove-able. The binding is firm and well done. I will buy more from this company.

The book is nice but I’m irritated because I had asked if the paper was thick enough to use watercolors on. I was told that if I didn’t use to much water on the pages that it should be fine. Which I guess the “should be fine” part is a gamble... but I don’t feel like I can even use my marker pens on this paper without any bleeding happening. The paper is super flimsy and transparent. Paper aside I think the book is good though. I love the size and simplicity. I feel the price is appropriate. I’m just bummed I bought it and can’t really use it what I wanted it for...
