The socket is European not British
The order we received has European plug which makes it unusable easily unless we get an adapter. We are not prepared for this.Please replace it.On similar note we have four of your roasters that get dysfunctional after short usage. We wonder if you have a scheme to rehabilitate or recycle them please.Thank you
