Works fine
Works fine. Not a high end piece of equipment but you know that going on by the price point.

Chuck kept falling off until I did the heat-it-up trick
Works great, nice features. Chuck kept falling off even though I followed the directions putting it on. Finally I searched the interwebz and found that if you heated the chuck up to about 250 degrees in the toaster oven, cleaned the arbor with alcohol, then installed the chuck while it was still hot, it wouldn't come off anymore. That worked. Nice little benchtop drill press.

Excessive vibration until I figured out a fix
At first I was annoyed with this drill press because the vibration was excessive. Everything on my workbench (large 6 foot table) would vibrate around while running the drill press. One day it vibrated my calipers off my workbench and they fell on the floor, which made me angry enough to figure out how to fix the vibration. Turns out, all that's needed is to put a rubber washer between the belt tensioner and the motor mounting plate to absorb the vibration. The belt tensioner already has a rubber cap on it presumably to try to absorb vibration, but I guess it's too thin or hard to do its job.I'd give this 4.5/5 stars for the quality/price ratio if WEN spends the extra tenth of a penny to put a more substantial vibration damper on the belt tensioner (or properly balanced the motor in the first place, but that would cost more than a penny I guess).

Died after 9 holes. No response from seller.
This drill press sat in my shop past the return window because I wasn't ready for it. I finally pulled it out and drilled nine 3/4" holes with a spade bit in 3/4 plywood. On the 10th hole it wouldn't start...like a dead spot on the motor.I contacted Wen via their website, but haven't received a response after three weeks.I offered to swap the motor myself if they send one to me.If you get one of these...run it hard immediately to make sure you didn't get a lemon.I have several Wen tools that have been working OK, but I'll never buy another Wen tool.

No after sales service
I had a warranty issue with the motor condensator. After the first use it failed.I contacted the seller for a replacement.Never had it.Contacted again, same thing.

Good value.
Smaller motor does create stalls if drilling large holes or too quickly.
