Why are you lying and listing this as a "samsung 45w charger" when it's not?!?

Correct, this is not Samsung brand and it is not 45W. Bought this specifically for my Galaxy S22 Ultra which is capable of 45W charging. But when I use this charger, it charges at the same speed as my current 25W charger.

Would this work to charge an iphone using the usb-c to lightning cable that they come with?

Yes, it works great for iPhones!
