Looks and feels very upscale. Really like the messages inside. Perfect for funeral guestbook.

A very nice book for my grandpa’s memorial service. I love the quotes throughout the book. We asked our guests to write their favorite stories/memories of my grandpa and there was plenty of space.

Firstly, I'm so sorry for your loss. This is such a tough time to be shopping.I bought this book to set out at Mom's service and requested folks use it to share their memories and "sign in." It's a beautiful book and it arrived in time in perfect shape. It's a tad smaller than I had envisioned, but it's still a good size. It has lots of space for people to write in their memories and many people did. However, as others have mentioned, lots of those people only left their names with those memories, no contact addresses. Maybe consider some signage with instructions (again) to leave a contract address or a separate book or sheet with a simple "name and address" form so you know where to send thank you notes.We aren't religious people, but the occasional religious quotes inside were still comforting and inoffensive, I'm sure they brought some comfort to the guests, many of whom were Mom's church friends. There's also some lovely secular quotes, all faint enough that they can be written over with pen if the space is needed (it wasn't, it's a good sized book).Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. This will be a nice addition to the family history collection and it was just nice to read how she touched so many lives, many people we didn't know.

I use it for funerals at my church where funeral homes don't provide sign in books (for $100) and this one is attractive and general without TMI requested.

First book sent had water stains and was dirty. Returned to Amazon and they replaced it with a brand new book. The new book had a beautiful green cloth cover, interior paper was of good quality and had very thoughtful messages on some of the pages. Good value for the money with 80 pages guests could write their memories on.

This is a true memorial book, not just a "guest book" for names and addressed. It is a wonderful way to preserve written memories of your loved one and is appropriate for men or women. The only difficult part? Getting everyone to actually USE it and see it as other than a book for names. We even put a sign up next to the memorial book explaining our hopes that people would share stories of my mother-in-law in it rather than just sign in to show they were there. Instead, we got..... a bunch of names of attendees, some with addresses behind them names.So, as people were talking about my mother-in-law and telling stories we really hoped would get into the book, since there were many we had never heard before, I was recording them with my phone and will transpose them into the book myself as time permits. Again, an absolutely appropriate, beautiful book. One that will not cost a fortune and will still be cherished for generations. IF your guests can be persuaded (or informed better) on the use of such a book.
