As i understand, sampling rate locks at one rate. is the sampling rate of 96khz switchable to 48khz? or is 96khz the only rate that comes out?

Hello, it depends on the audio source on your phone. If it is aptX, aptX-LL or aptX-HD, this Bluetooth receiver outputs 48kHz, and if it is LDAC, then the Bluetooth receiver outputs 96kHz.

While this device is paired with a phone, and playing music, a call comes in. Is the voice of the phone automatically transferred to speakers?

Yes, the default settings are Audio and Calls If the paired device does not have a microphone you wont be able to respond to a call conversation If you paired device is a phone, you mimic the speaker phone option on your cell phone only the sound reception is your RCA jacked device on the B06
