Great faucet at a very affordable price.
Update 2016: Followup after two years of use: The faucet is still going strong. The only issue was that the flow rate gradually reduced over time, to about half of the original level. We tried cleaning it, adjusting the incoming flow, all sorts of things. Finally I removed the faucet head, and found the supply was just fine there. Cleaning the head didn't help at all. So I disassembled the whole head - the spray face screws out, and the buttons pop off, and then the whole assembly slides out. And I found the issue - the spring return on the cut off button on the faucet head wasn't pushing it all the way back out, so the flow was always partially cut off. But there is a shortcut to fix this problem without a full disassembly. The water shutoff button itself pops off - just pull on it firmly with your fingers. It may be a little more force than you think, but it is not threaded or anything, no turning required. Underneath, there is a little metal prong attached to a spring return cutoff valve. Fully depressed is no flow, and it should spring return to make contact with the retaining bracket for full flow. Mine was partially stuck. If it isn't all the way out, take some needle nose pliers, and gently pull on the prong until it is fully out. Your flow should be back to normal. The button pops right back on. If it recurs, you may need to fully disassemble the faucet head to replace the spring or reseat the shutoff mechanism (or pull it out and then stop using the shutoff button for a cheap fix). Hope that helps anyone else who has trouble - I couldn't find instructions on disassembling this faucet online anywhere. Original Review from 2013: This is a really nice faucet, that comes with standard modern 3/8" compression fitting to the water supply. If you are replacing an older faucet, be aware that there is a good chance this is not what you have and you will need an adapter or replacement supply cutoff valves. The faucet looks good, and the included adapter plate covers the old three holes in the sink nicely. We opted to install this with the handle at the front instead of on one side; be aware that if you want to do this, you will need to leave out one little plastic ring that is intended to lock the faucet into a position with the handle on one side or the other. Also, the label on the hose for hot and cold water may be incorrect, so check that before tightening down too far. Once installed, the faucet works great; the hose comes out smoothly, the spray pattern is forceful, and the water shutoff button on the faucet head is very convenient. Love the fact that you can adjust the termperature setting from the handle independent of cutting the water supply on and off. This isn't a downside, just a warning - the spray pattern with the height of the faucet will result in some splattering in a shallow sink. Just spray into your pan or pull the hose down before spraying if you don't want to clean up watter splatter.

Kohler K-780-2BZ Cruette Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet
This faucet was very easy to install. The hardest part of the project was getting the old Delta faucet out, due to its very poor design and engineering. The new Kohler faucet works perfectly and looks terrific. Great product, good price and we're very happy with this purchase. Update as of December 1, 2018: The inner hose that provides the water to the faucet has ruptured and flooded the entire cabinet under my kitchen sink. It has been installed less than three years. Not sue at this point if that hose can be replaced or if I must replace the entire faucet. If I replace the entire faucet, trust me it will NOT be with a Kohler product. In years past, Kohler products were top-notch, but now, being unsure where they are manufactured, their quality has obviously been compromised. I do NOT recommend buying this faucet!!!!!

Great faucet, with some nits
As others before me have noted, this is a beautiful faucet. It's also fairly easy to install and a joy to use. That said, I did note several issues when I installed it today, and since I have not seen them listed in other reviews, I thought that I would point them out here for other prospective buyers. . *** Issue 1 - No soap dispenser Home Depot sells a very similar faucet, model K-R780-VS. The product on this page is model K-780-VS (no "R"), which is the same faucet, but without the soap dispenser. This was not a big issue for me since I did not need a soap dispenser, but I will admit that I was surprised when I opened the box and saw an empty labeled spot for the dispenser. I now realize that the price of the version with the dispenser at Home Depot is not as bad as I thought originally. Of course, if you don't need a dispenser, why pay for it....but if you do, just be aware that you aren't getting one with the product on this page. . *** Issue 2 - Instructions could be better The instructions are fairly decent, but could be a bit more explicit in areas. In particular, I was a bit confused with regards to what included part was the "Escutcheon Applique Chapetón". The installation step for placing this piece around the threaded faucet shaft includes four words in English: "For Single-Hole Sinks"...and a picture that shows some round piece being placed around the threaded shaft, but zoomed out enough that it is not clear if it is the included piece with two prongs facing up and two tabs facing down...and if so, what orientation the prongs should face. I finally determined that it must be that piece and that the prongs should face up and the tabs down, but also had to cut one of the tabs off to work in that configuration due to the small size of my counter's rough-in. More explicit instructions would have made that step a bit easier. Alternatively, a labeled parts list would have been nice. . *** Issue 3 - Large washer may pose fit challenges The faucet is held to the countertop by a flange that screws up toward the countertop from below and then two upward-facing screws in that flange are tightened to apply pressure from below. It's actually a very easy mount, but you need room for the large included washer that must sit between that flange and the countertop. I did not have that room given my sink design. Half the washer sat on the underside of my sink and the other half was free floating...a good quarter-inch from the underside of my countertop. I had to create two shims to bridge that gap. Fortunately, I was able to do so, but if it is tight under your sink, you may not have room for this washer. Many other vendors have a U-shaped collar and a centrally-threaded nut, which seems to require less space underneath. . *** Issue 4 - Sprayer hose connection is not clamped Like many faucets with a sprayer, the hose for the sprayer must be attached underneath. With this model, you just push it into a receptacle and it clicks into place, supposedly securely. I've got to say that while that design makes installation fly, I vastly prefer connectors with sliding C-collars to ensure a secure connection. . *** Conclusion These nits aside, it is still a fantastic faucet. Installation was fairly fast and the result is a beautiful faucet with excellent controls, effortless pivoting side to side, and very nice water flow. Just make sure that you don't need the soap dispenser if you are about to buy the product on this page.

Es un producto con altos estándares de calidad, pero es una llave para ahorrar agua y tiene reducción de flujo, por lo cual no la puedo utilizar ya que tengo baja presión, que sin duda me habría quedado con ella.

I really like the styling. Been using for several months, still looks great and is functioning well. Live in the country with lower water pressure than a city home but still have great spray with this faucet. The pull down facuet works really well and the magnet that snaps it back into place is nice.
