Can the white board be set up for different heights? I know the description says "can be 70" after assembly." Can it be set at a lesser height?

Thanks for your questions. This rolling whiteboard only has a fixed height, but there will be new version whose height is adjustable in the near future from brand maxtek.

I know this does a 360, but can this white board be laid flat, too?

As it rotates about the center mounts on each side, it goes from vertical to horizontal to vertical... If you want to stop w/the board oriented horizontally, you can, but there is nothing (other than you) to hold it in place horizontally. Since you ask 'laid flat', I'm a bit confused... if you tip the whole thing over, the legs don't allow the board *& stand* to be flat; you can take the board out of the mount & lay it flat.

Does this product contain lead or have proposition 65 warning?

I believe the answer is no, I don't remember seeing any warning of this when I purchased the item

Does this shake / wobble on wooden floor? Any better or worse on carpeted floor?

It moves smoothly on bare, wooden floors. Not certain about carpets
