Whirlpool 1.5 Ton 5 Star Inverter Split AC (Copper, 1.5T SUPREMECOOL PRO 5S COPR INV, White)

It is so so product, noise level is little bit high, the install engineer is not very much professional. After installation flip is not closed automatically and ac is not taking auto cut. After complaint new engineer came and resolved issue.Everyone can go for it but don't listen the install engineer.

I had the worst experience with this product. It does not cool and whirlpool has twice in two months refilled gas in the AC. the remote panel does not respond and you have to click multiple times. Whirlpool service was okay in Delhi but in Noida they dont respond, the service people do not show up! All my home appliances were from whirlpool but this is the last time I have bought anything from this company!

Whirlpool has a pathetic service in Kolkata. One guy installed my AC after that I have been complaining. They have the policy of assured call back in 2 hours and assured technician visit in 24 hours. None of that actually happens. The customer service is also very bad. In the name of helping they will try in everyway that you don't receive help. They didn't register my complaint. And when I said I emailed you and called in this time, they said they received nothing from my side. And only registered the complaint 3 days later. They their service head called up and said I wil see what I can do. But no news yet. Feedbacks were taken but nothing was done. Talked to the area manager. Nothing yet. And none of them care because nothing is being done from the company's side. I kept calling them for 2 hours for 5 days. They said service person is coming. Coming in an hour. Coming in 2 hours. But service person didn't arrive. They were only joking with us.They were only trying to send the same service person about whom I complained because he knows nothing. So they didn't send any other service person yet. Such attitude!You can buy whirlpool but you won't get any proper installation or any service from this brand in even a metro city in India.Better to buy a brand which provides service. I have ogeneral AC it has not service in India. But 10 years it's running. No maintenance. No problem faced yet. Now many people don't buy because ogeneral doesn't have service center in India. But then even whirlpool won't provide service. So why buy? Better to buy ogeneral without any service. Or buy ACS which will provide good service.I feel cheated after buying this brand. If you don't want to waste your money better don't buy this brand.
