Es muy buena herramienta, fácil de usar y muy efectiva para aliviar dolores. El punto gatillo es excelente para localizar el dolor exacto y el rodillo de la mitad es perfecto para los hombros plantas del pie piernas etc... el material es bastante fuerte. Es metálico el cuerpo gris y plástico resistente las partes negras y naranja. muy contenta con mi compra lo recomiendo

Get to those hard to reach knots
You can get to all the spots around scapulas and using it for your feet and you have a stick to work your the legs. I have travelled with this in my backpack many times.

Steel! Won’t break like the other plastic ones
Glad I got this one as my previous plastic one for $25 broke. This is sturdy and steel so, seems like it will hold up. Worth the extra.

This is well made from metal and the curve allows access to points of spasm or tension, but cannot apply effective pressure to relieve the muscle cramp.

Why have a pronged piece?
I don't understand the top piece with the prongs. What does it do? All I know is it looked painful, so I returned it and bought a different item.
