Purchased Bestix CM 20 in June 2022, 9 months later I had an issue with the part that goes into vent on my car. I live in Florida and cars heat above 100 degrees which might have effected gripping power. Bestix was notified of issue and within a week I had a replacement unit. Unit works great and even better is the company that stands behind their product.

The suction cup didn't work on my dash because I don't have any flat surfaces. Even a slight slope would not allow connection. Also, my phone with its safety case is fairly heavy. The ball joint allows it to flop down. I finally held with the vent mount, but just barely. Think about your car surfaces and vent shapes /positions when choosing.

It does fit my phone and it holds it great, but the size is crazy small. I would have been better off buying a cup holder phone mount. It seems like quality material but the distance to reach my phone is quite uncomfortable.EDIT 03-17-23I was very impressed and happy with the customer service, I was unhappy and they made it right! 5 stars because of that. I love it on my car's vents. It holds my larger Samsung phone & so convenient.

The suction power of this mount is amazing. I drive semi trucks and with all the bouncing my rig does this mount doesnt even flinch.
