I returned the shoes as there was about an inch more shoe behind my heel. Bought the same size in a different brand and they fit well.

Strap won’t stay up, uncomfortable
They looked nice, but they were uncomfortable and the strap wouldn’t stay up so they were impossible to walk in, every five steps I had to stop and pull up the strap. Wore them once and never again.Seller was really good, gave a full refund due to receiving a faulty pair, they made every effort to rectify the problem, also offered a replacement pair but gave me the choice.

Beautiful shoes
These are lovely shoes. Perfect fit. Very soft. Perfect height - I wanted shoes with a mid-high heel. I haven't worn them out yet, but wearing them around the house they're very comfortable. I'm really pleased with these shoes.Update: I've now worn these shoes for the whole day (shopping - so on my feet for most of the time). The shoes were really comfortable and didn't rub.

A good shoe
I wore these at at a dinner dance with no complaint. They fitted well and were true to size. The kitten heel is good for the older generation but still looks elegant.
