I love this pad. It is so thick and soft and great for my bad back. the most comfortable sleep I’ve ever had.

I purchased a new memory foam mattress in the past year, I purchased the medium firm version because I didn’t want one that was too soft or too firm and thought that medium would be the obvious choice….IT WASN’T!! My bed was SO HARD that I could only sleep on it for a night or two then I would have to sleep on the couch for a night or two. Every night that I slept on this mattress I would wake up multiple times throughout the night and each time my back would hurt and it actually felt like my organs were hurting (I know that sounds weird but it’s the only way I know to describe it). I could only sleep on my back because if I slept on my side it would hurt my hips and shoulders (I’ve had surgery on my left shoulder and it would make that side hurt exponentially worse) Over the past year I’ve purchased several mattress toppers trying to soften this mattress up but nothing has helped. I was getting ready to buy a whole new mattress and just trash this one when I found this topper and decided to give it one last shot. I’M SO GLAD I DID!! I can now sleep through the night and in any position, even my left side that I had shoulder surgery on. The foam layer is very thick and the pillow topper gives it enough soft cushion to make it feel like you are sleeping on a supportive cloud. It did make my bed quite a bit higher, if I was shorter I may need a stool to get into bed (I’m 5’7”). I recommend this to anyone who complains about back pain or their bed. I believe this would even make a too soft bed better. I’ve seen some reviews talking about a smell and needing to air it out before using it but I did not experience this issue and I didn’t need to let it expand very long, it was at full height in less than an hour, probably more like 20 minutes. I visited a friend that had this mattress topper on the bed in her guest bedroom. It is so comfortable. Just enough firmness. I've ordered 2 of them for my own guest bedrooms. The memory foam is thick but and soft. I would recommend.

Very, very comfortable. I use this in addition to a 14” hybrid mattress. The experience has been life changing. When I say hunty, I don’t want to get out my bed because it be hugging me. Not a sinking hug, but just comforting. Maybe it’s the combination of the two, but I just love it. When I tell you I haven’t had a hip or back pain since day one. The best sleep in a long time. I am 5’11” 220lbs so I am not a small girl, but I’m a happy, well rested one. It’s very thick, 4”. It came with a top cover large enough to fit the 18” in total plus more if needed. It firm but soft and comforting at the same time. Very good quality for what I paid. There is no zippers on the one I purchased, just the topper itself and a thick cover layer. The topper is cooling. I sleep hot and have not waken up sweating since I’ve been sleeping on it. It’s very new so I will come back in a few months with an update but so far so good. This topper is amazing. This is the second one I’ve purchased. One was a king for our master bedroom and the other a queen for the guest room. I absolutely love these toppers. The pillow top cover has deep pockets which fits my mattress well with added inches this topper creates. I ordered plush support as I had a pretty firm new latex mattress and wanted to add some softness without too much softness. The topper relieves pressure points very well. The picture on the site shows it as the flat side facing up, which I did. I then goggled how to use an egg crate topper and it was stated egg crate on top, so I flipped it over. I’m not sure how I feel about that as you do feel the “bumps” of the egg crate, but I got used to it, although after using with the egg crate up for a while I may flip it again and do a comparison. My husband likes a firmer mattress, but after sleeping on it for a while now he likes it. They say you need to use a mattress for 30 days before making a decision, so I guess that’s what happened with my husband and this topper. I would purchase this again. It’s a great product.

I did a lot of research on this cause I like a firm mattress and my boyfriend likes a softer one. I thought our mattress was fine but he was having pain from sleeping on it so I bought this and it is perfect for both of us! So soft and comfy but gives us both a great night's sleep. Not super cooling besides when you first lay down, unfortunately if you're a hot sleeper you're a hot sleeper and you're gonna wake up hot no matter what.. but it's better than past toppers we've had where I wake up in a panic cause I'm so hot. Fit my queen bed perfectly and does not slip off easily as other toppers we've had have. It adds a lot of height to the bed which was already on risers for storage space, but it's worth having to jump up on. Absolutely would recommend for a great compromise between two very opposite sleepers

Positives: No smell, good quality, and plush topper. Negatives: Not enough foam to overcome my very firm. new mattress. Some relief, but i could still feel the impact of my hard mattress on my hips! Ouch- not enough protection! Thankfully, there was the company and Amazon's excellent return policy.

It wasn’t on sale when I got it and I’m not even mad because it’s so great! Just sent one to my dad for Fathers Day! 🥳 I’m a side sleeper but with this topper I can sleep comfortably on my back 🤯

Bought a mattress that was just too firm. This topper turned it into a plush. Very impressed. Yes, the cone side does face down against ur mattress. You will need extra deep pocket sheets as it adds a few inches 2 the depth of ur mattress. Liked the added cover not so much 4 the padding but I am a hot sleeper and it prevents me from sleeping directly on the foam so I don't overheat. Haven't found mine moves as some have stated in other reviews

I have been sleeping on a 3 inch sleep innovations mattress topper for the past 10 years, this is not even close to what I have. I dont know what happened to their quality but I'm returning this with disappointment as they have cheapened their product with this kind of cut of topper. Some of these cuts are 2 inches to 2.5 inches it varies across the topper and not 3 inch as advertised. Its just doesn't fit the same quality they had before.

My Douglas mattress was too firm, it’s not very old so I didn’t want to change it out. I looked at mattress toppers. I wanted something decent. I have this one a try and bingo no more sore arms plus I sleep better. Morrisburg ON Canada

I never used to wake up with back pain but it's happened literally every morning since I started using this topper (about 4 weeks and counting). The soreness subsides within 15 minutes or so of getting out of bed, but it's still not an ideal way to start the day. It's also very squishy with no bounce at all.
