ElitechElitech Temperature Humidity Data Logger Recorder SIM Card Cloud Data Storage Internal Sensor, RCW-360-TH (2G)

Really it is totally disaster. And support is so bad.We bought 2 units. The first surprise was that both temperature recorders were different.The first one (Correct Model) RCW-360-WIFI-TE, and the second (wrong) is version Plus and Sim Card Version Model RCW-360P-T-EN.The model that arrived wrong RCW-360P-T-EN arrived without any Temperature probe. So only the equipment with the charge cables.The correct model, we have other problems. we are trying to connect to our wifi and it is impossible. We check that the equipment is in F mode, before that we configure the WiFi. but we go error and error and error. So it is impossible to set the Wifi.

I love all of the Elitech products my company has purchased. They all work fantastic are really tough and are built very tough

No App = Useless Device. I honestly couldn't tell you how well it works.It tell me the temp - that's it!The included QR code for the Android app is a dead link, and searching the GooglePlay store for "Elitech"yields almost a dozen similar looking apps, and none of them seem to be the right one.This is just plain lazy.

My experience wanting to use this for testing and monitoring freezers:Unit seemed durable.Set up (WiFi) went fairly smoothly (Must be good with internet).Issue for me:Issue #1When programming the system I want a data logger that will let me set the parameters to my specs. This unit let you only set the maximum interval to 5 minutes. I usually set my data loggers to 15 seconds and test units for 3-5 days depending on the unit to get accurate graphs for monitoring for failures.Issue #2The lowest alarm setting for high point is 85 degrees? Now in the freezer world the highest we want to be is 0 and normally want to see -5 to -10 plus depending on the product you want.Now these are easy fixes and the program should be open ended for users to manipulate as we see fit. Unfortunately, I see the issue being that they don't want us eating up their cloud with data. Bad for them because space is cheap now days.As a service agent I want my clients to have active access to the status of their equipment (Live data) while I am performing or performing repairs. This didn't and will not work for my needs just because of the program they have.Just didn't or will not work for my needs.

The item wasn’t the easiest to setup and when you call customer support not very helpful but one we figured it out it seems to do the trick.

We could not program it . Returned it in orginal packaging , like new .

This temp data logger was easy to set up and use. Really accurate and has given me no issues at all. 5 STARS
