2 Gringo's Chupacabra - Brisket Magic - 12 oz

This is an excellent seasoning. I made a 12 pound brisket today with it. Great flavor and not too salty. This container will season about 50 pounds of meat by my estimation. I will be looking at your other seasonings for other smoking projects.

I love this brand, the spice blend has great flavor and their Wing Rub is awesome as well.

Heard about this rub in an online BBQ group and I had to try it for my Christmas brisket. Let me tell you, this rub contains MSG (as all seasonings should) and it really brings the whole shebang together. A thick heavy layer of this seasoning and some coarse black pepper, your brisket will be ready to bathe in the smoke!

Bought this as my first ever rub as it showed up as a recommended item during my purchase of a Weber Smoky Mountain 18" smoker.This stuff is great. Incredibly fragrant and will have your kitchen smelling for hours after application to the meat of your choice. Found myself tasting the stuff that ended up on my baking sheet where I was preparing my pork shoulder.

It's not hot or overly spicy. No strong flavors from any individual spice. Excellent blend of spices. Adds really good flavor to beef, pork & poultry. Will purchase again & again & again...
