Great idea for plants

It just does the job

Didn’t realise so short. My mistake.

With the current windy conditions, these have been very helpful in stabilising my newly planted (and growing) flowers. I would highly recommend for those of us without the patients to grow plants in tiny pots and for those who want to support plants to grow upright. Good quality and sturdy!

This is a pack of 10 metal plant supports. They are ideal for supporting plants and flower stems. I do think they work better in a taller pot as there is more support for the wires as well as the flowers, this does mean that they don't come up as tall.These are quite easy to use but are better to be put in place as plants, flowers, stems are starting to grow. Established stems can be a bit harder to put through and they can be damaged.This pack is good, and I have used them on several of my indoor plants. I do think they are a good buy and they can help tidy unruly plants.I am happy with this pack and I would happily recommend them.

Only one previous review currently with a low rating.I don’t understand why?The stakes are 3mm thick which doesn’t sound a lot but they do not bend.They are coated in a green coating and have a spiral top that holds the most delicate of plants.Made for small sized plants, their slim diameter won’t damage the root structure.There is a small bag of plastic tie wraps included but I’m not tempted to use them on plants.I will stick to using string.

I got these to support my numerous orchids and was pleasantly surprised how different they are in comparison to a cheaper alternatives I had picked up at my local garden centre last year. The stakes I had previously, after a while had the coating chipped at the bottom and started rusting, which poisoned the soil..... These have now been in use for 4 months and they are as good as they were on day One ! Highly recommended!

My husband managed to plant my allium bulbs upside down! This means they’re growing kind of sideways! These little stands are perfect for helping them to stand a bit more upright.They are also great for my peonies. They are a bit too short for some of the peonies but even at the base they help prop them up.I’m really happy with them. I have got the large wire vase shaped supports and the peonies tend to just droop onto one side.I also have one worh a mesh on the top which works well but it’s hard to make sure that the growth comes through the right section in the mesh so actually these mini stands are a great alternative option.
