do these hold up in a oven 450 f. want to add them to indicate a new job we process four jobs at a time so we need to mark each job separated.

I can’t imagine that the tab itself, nor any piece of paper it was attached to, would hold up in a 450° oven. However I have never try to do this, so I just don’t know!

Are these latex-free?  (i.e. no latex/natural rubber in the product or it's adhesive).

I don’t see anything in the product description to indicate wether or not the product and its adhesive are latex-free. You will need to contact the manufacturer directly and ask them

Are these ready to insert into a spiral notebook planner ? I don’t see holes in the pages ?

These are not full-size (8.5x11) divider sheets.   They are a "post-it" type tab that you put on your existing piece of paper, so they wouldn't have any holes.  They are repositionable, and you can even erase (if using pencil) what you write on them so they can be used for a new purpose. I work in HR and use then for the files on each employee.  Since I color-code the folders for different events in their career, it is great to write their name, etc. on the tab, and be able to move the tab from folder to folder as they mover through different aspects of their career.

The "post-it" brand of these tabs have become quite expensive, so these ones are an EXTREME bargain!.  The difference between the two is that the post-it ones are much thicker, while these ones are more paper thin.  However, the "paper thin" feature works for my purposes, so I really appreciate the value of buying these ones.  I hope this information helps.

Question 4

Could I use them on drawer fronts in an antique roll top desk? Their are many drawers and need to be labeled in some way

I think you probably could. Depending on the color of the wood, it may be difficult to see the writing, but what would be good about it is that they are removable and won't damage the desk.
