Made me look fat
I think this can be a nice skirt for a special occasion, like a holiday party. I would not call this a costume, like other reviewers did. But, I think it would look better on a very thin woman, because the puffiness is very prominent around the waist area, not just the body of the skirt. I wear an 8 or a 10 and I looked huge in this skirt. I should have gotten a medium, but I don't think that would have mattered. I've worn other tulle skirts and had no issue with this. I think it has to do with the design, but I don't design clothes, so not really sure what the answer is. I would have returned it, but the seller was going to charge me to ship it back. Not worth it for the cost of the skirt.
