Great customer service.
Great product and absolutely brilliant customer service. We did have a problem with the mirror and contacted customer service and a replacement was sent the next day....that's above and beyond.

Great at first
I bought this item in 2020 but unfortunately just over a year later it had broken. The battery wasnt charging or retaining any charge and will only work if permanently plugged into a power socket which was not the reason it was purchased for. Very dissapointed at the poor quality of this expensive mirror.

Excellent mirror.
The best mirror I had EVER. +You can see every little detail. The 5x magnification is exactly what u need and you still see your whole face. +Very sturdy, the light is excellent. +It looks beautiful on my vanity table. (In the photo I am charging it, the mirror is wireless) -Not a mirror to travel with though. It worths every penny.

can I afford it?
This is what you have to ask yourself - is it worth paying this money for a mirror to do your face? It is lovely, beautifully made but you can't adjust the magnification, only the brightness. It's rechargeable, comes on when you approach it, has different lighting tones. BUT a lot of money for what it is.

It's expensive, but nice
These are expensive but nice. If the prices could come down a little that would be good. I only bought my second choice as I couldn't justify paying twice as much for the one I really liked.

I like this mirror - only complaint is that the mirror lights up at about 2 1/2 ft. away. Wish it were less, because it's lighting often when I do not want to use it, but it' a great mirror

The light it emits is very natural, unlike my old mirror, plus 5 times magnification is perfect.
I like the slimness of it and that it can be cordless, requiring charging after many hours of use. I especially love the natural light it emits. It makes putting on makeup flawless, as you just can’t get more natural light than this.
