Is this ideal?** A: Yes!! It worked for my bouquets. Very bright colors. **Q: Are these good to use as gel for led lights?** A: I used them to change the color of led lights. Not sure about gel. **Q: Is this cellophane thick enough too create henna cones?** A: Sorry, I don't know what a henna cone is. **Q: Can you use this wrap baking goods?** A: Absolutely.
