Good product, fresh, and dissolves completely in water, and taste better than most

This powder is impressive. The grind is fine. The color is as expected, and the flavor is perfect. This is good quality, very bitter and flavorful andrographis and it is obviously effective after taking 1/4 tsp in water. The way I judge the product is that it does have an uplifting effect to the mood within about 20 minutes of taking it. Not everyone will notice it, but I'm pretty sensitive and aware of how I'm feeling. I noticed an andrographis powder, when I was first told about it by my doctor, and had a good feeling. So I looked it up and sure enough there are others who claim the same thing.As to the reasons for supplementing with andrographis, I have read a few books that address ways that the under served person can treat themselves 'as if' they have chronic lyme and get some quality results in their lives by going to work for yourself and doing specific things. There are several herbs and lifestyle changes mentioned and andrographis is mentioned. I do not use it all the time, or everyday. I do use it consistently and like the bulk powders for the ease in knowing the quality over the encapsulated products. But, I love the capsule because the taste of this herbal is so strong that it is not fun. It's worth it but not fun.If you are dealing with a chronic illness and need more information with respect to alternative or natural, and healthy ways to turn your health around to being a success story, it's a great idea to hunt for a doctor who can support you. It's challenging, but they are out there and if you find one who is more visible they may be able to connect you to a local practitioner. The books the I use are very helpful. Healing Lyme and The Lyme Solution, both found easily on amazon. Good books recommended by good doctors and full of information. I get frequent colds and sinus issues so I’m always on the lookout for supplements that will help with that.I recently had a minor head cold, and this worked quite well to help clear out my congestion. I would mix it up throughougly in some warm water, and even added a little honey and it seemed to help with my cough as well.
