I'm between medium and large and got a large to be safe and felt like an extra large which i didn't hate because i loved the extra room. Soo soft & warm! Comes with 2 pockets.

i love this product! it was so soft and good in colder weather! but not to sleep in my opinion because it can get really hot but 10/10!
