Wrong description about display.
It is not FHD(1920x1080) display. It is just HD display(1366x768) which results in bit of non smooth display.

very bad experience with Amazon due to receive Defective laptop
I have received defective HP laptop where BACKSAPCE key was broken, due to lack of time to travel to home country i have fixed the same from outside. It was my very bad experience with Amazon. I make sure will not order anymore in future.

Update (see below). Didn’t come as advertised and the day it arrives price drops!!
My laptop just came today February 20, 2023, and even the box says it supposed to come with windows 11 but it has windows 10. I was led to believe it had a touchscreen and a fingerprint access and it doesn’t have either. Lastly, I get online to look at the specifications and what do I see but the prices drop from $599 to $553!! that’s not right! I should get a refund on my account for the difference! So far not a happy camper. I will update my review as I haven’t had a chance to use it as I’m transferring data - will see if I can upgrade to windows 11 free or not.UPDATE: I have been able to perform multiple updates to allow me to download Windows 11 for free. I have sent the seller a message about my other concerns,, and have received no reply and it’s been over a week. I would not buy from this seller again. This product did not come as advertised, and there was a price reduction the day my laptop arrived. This is called bait and switch. This is an unscrupulous seller. Do not purchase from the seller.
