I have had this device for over a year and after having it and uploading photos from 2022, it stopped working. My photos are currently still on the stick, but it will not copy anything from 2023 or 2024 photos. There is no customer service to contact and I can’t find any trouble shooting tips on how to fix this. It says I still have over 900 GB of space so why is it not working?? This will be the last time I buy this brand.

Quite impressed with its speed of downloading all my photos and videos - but the sliding mechanism which pushes the USB out one end, then sliding it in and pushing the C plug out the other end I found to be very stiff and uncomfortable. I wouldn't buy this model again because of this.

Liked everything about this product

The 1gb drive can store huge amounts of data. That being said, the interface/app for the iPhone is weak, making it difficult to move pictures from the phone to the device. It is pretty slow, and the physical connection to the phone is temperamental. Still, if speed of transfer is not important, it can hold lots of files. I may just use it as a huge thumb drive.

Habe im Juni 23 diesen EATOP USB-Flash-Laufwerk 1 TB bei Amazon erstanden. Bei 99,3 GB war Schluß, mehr geht nicht drauf. Er tut zwar so, die Datein erscheinen, aber der Inhalt 0 KB.Mein Fazit, wer keinen Daten verlust erleiden möchte, Hände weg!Und noch was, Händlergarantie ist bei Amazon offenbar ein Fremdwort.

I am very impressed by the design and ease of use of the product. It's plug and play. Every operation is intuitive. The most impressive feature of this product is its speed of backup and restoration. I used it to backup photos and videos from my iphone to my samsung fold.
