Wrong shoe sent. Good service though.
Wrong shoes sent. Needed for a birthday in two days. Inconvenient but not the end of the world. Refund easy to apply for but now getting to the post office and working is also inconvenient. If these were the shoes you wanted they are good quality but they are not the ones advertised.
