I buy Visine from my local pharmacy all the time but lately there's been a shortage of supply and that's why I looked to Amazon. The ones that I received work just like the ones that I purchase in the pharmacy. They look identical and they do relieve my irritated eyes. The Visine that I was buying at the pharmacy no longer had the word "Original" on it's box but instead now read "Red Eye Comfort".
