These are golf ball size or larger, durable unless squeezed hard or pounded on, so maybe better for the five and older crowd? They come in lots of colors and they last a long time. We left a bunch outside during the summer in water and they were fine after weeks, only a few squishy and breaking apart. Getting these again for this Christmas.

I work with elementary special needs children. I thought these might be good for my autistic kids. They love them. What I wasn’t expecting is that they are terrific for all of my kids! They are very soothing and calming for my ADHD kids. I use them as a reward. After they finish they’re work they get 5 minutes in the bucket. After work I rest my feet in a bucket filled with the beads. Best purchase EVER!!

Some were perfectly round some were cracked but most of them worked I’d say about 95% grew! Would but again but pricey

These were a bad purchase. I had bought smaller beads for my daughter and they were great. These were terrible. About 25% of them separated and and looked luke they exploded. More than half of the rest were warped. If the 300 water beads, maybe 25 looked like they were actual heads. Maybe we got a bad batch? Maybe the large beads aren't engendered well? I don't know, but I won't buy again. The smaller are great though.

Work exactly as expected. They get pretty large...my son can only fit 2 or 3 in his 4-year-old hands at a time. He loves playing in the sink and these are great for that. Eventually, some of them start to fall apart but you get a ton in the container. If you play with 10 or so at a time, they will last for a VERY long time. We have some still intact & soaking from the 10 or so we put in water on Christmas Day and it is now Jan 4th. We just leave them in a container of water.

We are disappointed in these water beads. The description said 300 and when we received them the container was not full. There was no seal on the bottle and when we opened it some of the water beads were broken, extra small and the bottle was wet inside. After pouring them in a tub to soak them I counted only 221 beads. I have sent the seller an email and I am waiting to hear back. We are having a party for my son tomorrow that includes playing with these and there being enough for the group to have a certain amount but now we will not have enough.

some of them stay really small no matter how long you leave them in the water for the most part they get to be 2 inches diameter but out of 1/3 of the container i used the first time there were at least 10 very small ones i had to throw away so my son wouldn't swallow them also there is no way that 300 of these beads fit in there so i dumped them out and counted not even 200 beads in it

My grandchildren love these! We fill a plastic tub with water and put it in the bathtub or on the patio and they use their imaginations along with little figurines and make up all kinds of stories.It is one of their favorite things to play with. FYI they are 6 year old twins and when their cousins came for a visit, they asked me to buy them for their birthdays.
