I ordered these refills and they didn't work, so I set them aside to research any remedies. After about 2 months, I contacted Pure well for support. They responded right away, provided helpful video to refresh the filters, and voila, the trick worked. Thank you, Pure well. I now have lovely filtered water again.

Great filters that function perfectly.

So far so good. The only downside is it says to replace it after three to six months or 6,000 gallons. I don't believe I use that much drinking water in six months.

The first pair of filters i bought had some glue showing on them, so i emailed the seller Oubi they immediately sent me a new pair of filters. Oubi seller answered me quickly, sent them out quickly and they were just awesome to deal with. Thank you Oubi and thank you for great filters.

THESE FILTERS FIT AS HOPED IN MY BERKEY .When I installed the 4 filters , I found it helpful to use a thick dish-towel and lay it under the filter I was installing in the top water chamber of the BERKEY. I rotated the top chamber until the filter to install was the bottom of 4 filters to install in the chamber. The dishtowel raises the new enough from the chamber wall to allow me to get the filter bottom threads to align and seat in the bottom of the chamber, making threading the locknut simple.
