I know, I prefer to just call someone up and talk though my pain as well, but with this company you need to use email and what no longer than 24 hours for their response. On the upside, they are very good at responding and will absolutely get you up and going. I tested the heck out of them and they exceeded my expectations. Tip, if you request help earlier in the customer service hours, they usually get back to you same day and back and further correspondence is good.
