The product did the job

Used this to try to soften the edges of a mantle piece hearth. Ensured that was absolutely clean of dirt etc. and stuck down the strip. Fiddly but ok there. Overnight it started pealing off from its own pre-applied sticky tape ☹️. The tape remained stuck to the hearth!Tried a length of it in a cupboard to limit head bangs on a sharp edge. Again cleaned surface prior to application. Again started pealing off overnight from the pre-applied sticky tape. The tape stayed stuck to the cleaned surface.Idea is good, implementation is rubbish with it coming away from its own sticky tape🤦Save your money for another solution.

Used for table legs and edges of sideboard. Looked great to begin with but doesn't stay stuck down ,within a week it was coming away and have to keep pressing it down regularly.

This is great easy to apply and cut, very flexible, would buy again from seller.

Used this product to protect my bald head from the hard edge of the roof bed in our campervan (having first planed off a square inch of scalp). Product worked well and my bonce is now mercifully injury free. I have needed to push the edging back onto place a few times, during very hot weather (40deg C), but accept I am using it in an atypical way

These edge protectors don't put much material over the edge you are trying to protect, so in fact they are not much use (compared to other options out there). Also, the edge protectors are quite stiff and thick, so if you don't get them exactly on the edge, then they don't fold over the edge properly, and the adhesive just peels off. There are other softer edge protectors on this site which work much better.

I used this on the edge of my toddler bed when we changed from a cot stops it being such a sharp edge

This edge protector works super good on a 1/4" thick glass edge on my desktop. It is small enough that I do not feel a distinct bump when I am using my laptop or writing on my desk. 1/4" sticks to the glass top and 1/4" sticks to the glass side which is all I want (I didn't want it stuck to my walnut desk). It breaks that harsh glass 90 degree corner. (Next time I'd get the glass rounded, but this works - and didn't cost much and looks good). I also used a few pieces of this bumper on my S22 Cell Phone Speck Clear case to keep it from slipping around! Many good uses for it I'm sure.
