Review: It's a beginner guitar but pros may have fun too. - I bought this because I loved the ice blue color. But I was very surprised that it was very playable with nice tone from the pickups. It did need a setup but that's how it goes with most guitars I've bought, even high-end ones. The amp is cool but I wish it had a reverb, but for the price it's fun and loud for 3 watts. I'm looking at the black one with maple fretboard now and if all goes well I'll pull the trigger. Just let me say I've owned over 250 guitars since the late 60s and know a good guitar and crap. These are far from crap. No sharp frets and the finish is beautiful. I used to have a Eric Clapton strat in the same color and it got sold some time ago, but this is a fun substitute for it. Not as good but real nice. I've used it to gig and it worked perfect.
