Q: As reviews have stated, these don't screw in place, and the stay-tabs don't seem to fit. No instructions. Photo can't zoom in. How to put these on??!!

They fit partially around the spoke and the plastic clip they provide goes over the spoke and into the reflector, but they only work on standard spokes, not spokes on electric bikes.

Q: Will these fit a road bike wheel with bladed spokes?

I'm not sure if these will fit bladed spokes. I will say that they fit very loose on my regular bike spokes so I never was able to use them.
