Q: How long are the DC output ring connector cables?

From memory I would say eight to ten inches. They are lo g enough to connect to battery on motorcycle and route outside covers and have some tail.

Q: WArrented for 2 years. One now doesn't work with very limited use. Anyone know how to contact the seller/company to start a replacement or refund?

Good luck with contacting anyone about warranty. No luck. I’m glad they were cheap. It didn’t feel so bad when I tossed them in the garbage. Did not work out of the box. I’m not sure they are even real chargers.
