Great way to hydrate. I love water and GATORADE, but this is noticeably quickly effective
This is something I wish I knew about years ago. I typically drink plenty of water and other beverages. However, when waking up feeling dehydrated and I added some to my water or GATORADE and I definitely felt noticeable relief within minutes. Flavor is very good. Would not recommend drinking it straight, flavor might be overwhelming.

I really like this electrolyte drink! It has a great taste and is very refreshing. It helps me feel hydrated and energized, especially after a long day or when I need to replenish my fluids. I would definitely recommend it!

Excellent for Hydration and the Elderly
For those weighing the different options: Pedialyte AdvancedCare is exactly the same product as Pedialyte 3X, just under a different name. Same product, same ingredients. FYI Excellent product. Tastes good, has good electrolyte balance, and lower sugar than many other brands. The sodium level is not a concern because it’s balanced to support rehydration without contributing to fluid retention or blood pressure issues in most elderly individuals — especially when used as part of a broader hydration strategy. I monitor intake carefully, and this formula respects that balance. My elderly father likes the various flavors, and it helps me maintain his hydration, which is critical in the elderly, those with dementia, and those prone to constipation and UTIs. I recommend this highly. Let me also say: it’s not just for the elderly. Family caregivers benefit from this too — especially considering how much we do, how often we forget our own hydration, and how easy it is to overlook our needs while tending to others. This product supports both sides of the caregiving equation.

Hydration is very important. We can't survive without it this product is superb. Excellent hydration
If you had a long night at the bar or a club. This is always good to have on hand at your house or apartment. It will alleviate your headache and feeling nauseous. That's what it does for me. And if you're working out exercising. It's a great hydration tool. Follow the instructions of course. But it works for me fantastic every time. Five star

Clinical rehydration without messy dye stains but watch the 48-hour clock
I ordered this four pack of dye-free Pedialyte to keep in our medicine cabinet for stomach flus and severe dehydration. Going with the clear version is a lifesaver because it will not leave nasty red or purple stains on your carpets and sheets if someone gets sick. It has way more electrolytes and far less sugar than regular sports drinks, so it helps you bounce back without that nauseating sweet syrupy feel. I give it four stars because it works faster than anything else even though the big bottle size leads to some waste. The biggest headache is the strict 48-hour rule to drink or toss the bottle once you open and refrigerate it. When only one person in the house is down with a bug, finishing an entire quart in two days is almost impossible and you end up dumping good liquid down the sink. The taste is also pretty salty and thick compared to normal drinks, so getting stubborn kids to swallow it can be an uphill battle. You also want to check the box immediately when it lands since Amazon treats these as non-returnable groceries if a cap cracks during shipping. Having these on standby saved us during a brutal run of food poisoning and fever that hit our household. It is an absolute must-have for parents and anyone who wants a dependable medical-grade drink ready for sudden sickness. If you just want something sweet for light workouts or want to sip a drink over a couple of weeks, stick with individual powder packets instead. For twenty dollars across four large bottles, it delivers unbeatable recovery value as long as you have enough people sick to finish an opened bottle.

Great taste!
Being in my 30’s has brought me much wisdom and still just slightly less ability to say no to tequila shots people send to your table. With that being said, hungovers in your 30s feel like being hit by a Mack truck and have the audacity to linger like they pay the light bill. My niece suggested pedialyte in Vegas and it worked so well I decided to add it to my arsenal just to have around at home. It also came in handy to keep us alive when we got the rona (water and pedialyte together are so important to survival!). Tastes like blue icee and a little bit of windex which could just be from the atrocious unnecessary metal seal, but it works and we survived the chemicals in 90’s junk food so it should be fine. My only qualm is that you literally need welders gloves, pliers and a vice grip to remove the metal roofing style seal around the top. I’ve never imagined a more terrible scenario than being about as strong as wet noodle while being hung over or sick and having to wrestle a sharp metal seal off of a life saving fluid. The temptation to rip it off with your teeth is flung into the gutter when the entire seal is metal and you’ll see Jesus if you try that- so here I am miserable with a bowl of jello for a brain - literal vice grip pliers and a meat hook trying to give all of my strength to pry this treacherous seal off so I don’t cut myself taking a sip or drink any shards and die- I lost three finger nails and part of my finger print in this process. The first three bottles slices my hands up like I was in a jail fight with wolverines and the two following I just stabbed a straw through ended up being poured out because the straw just punched a piece of the metal into the liquid and feeling like my head was gonna blow- I wasn’t trying to bob for shards. Bottom line is- please don’t seal them with dangerous industrial strength supplies that likely leech chemicals into your product- with zero pull tab options. It takes you 20 minutes to attempt to open it and it almost feels like being in a SAW movie. I mean it’s a sports drink it’s not an 08 4 lokos- who are you truly needing to protect this ferociously?

Great hydrater
I bought this for my mother after coming home from a trip to the hospital in an attempt to get her to drink more water instead of coffee. I remembered sending this to my son when he was overseas in the Marine Corps. It was always on his list of requests. I highly recommend this product.
