Very good CPU at an affordable price. Used it to build my budget PC and has worked very well. The addition of the CPU fan makes the installation process very easy, as a previous CPU fan that I tried to install was very difficult and caused my old CPU pins to bend, which made them defective.

So far so good. My pc was pretty fast before this install but now it's even faster. Yes, it's not the latest but it definitely seems to be awesome. Obviously extremely easy to install and fast delivery.

Not the "latest and greatest" tech we are supposed to run out and buy that's just come out but a nice solid cpu first launched 2 years ago. Even better is that it is about 1/2 the price of when it was launched because of the newer CPUs out since then. Good single and multi core performance that puts it in around the top 10% of CPUs out, 6 cores which is a decent amount for gaming and even a spot of streaming and if you must do some work on your computer you can multi task with the best of them easily. I can play everything I wish like star citizen or cyberpunk with no problems with it in my a520 motherboard at a very reasonable price.

Worked fine (if a little unstable) for a few weeks then straight up died, now refuses to install Windows 11 and after reading a few of the other low reviews realised Ryzensets are a scammer that sends out known faulty chips and wastes people's time chasing refunds. Refund their stuff through Amazon back to your card and buy a CPU from somewhere more reputable, Amazon haven't done a damn thing and Ryzensets has been scamming since at least 2020!

The AMD Ryzen 5 5500 was an excellent choice for my PC. Installation was straightforward, and the included Wraith Stealth cooler maintains good temperatures without needing to invest in another one. With its 6 cores and 12 threads, the performance is more than enough for multitasking, gaming, and demanding programs. It feels fast, stable, and reliable, and offers great value for money. Without a doubt, a processor that meets and exceeds expectations.

Good performance considering I expected less. It’s a capable processor and handles my gaming well.
