Does exactly as described. Not instant but works over time. Brilliant!

Convenient though a bit pricey
Convenient, though you will use it all when applied to a balcony-sized area. Does work, but as re-application will always be necessary, it might be more cost-effective to buy the concentrated solution and a spray bottle.

Excellent at Removeing algae
Was looking For A Good algae Remover, Found this on Amazon, And This A Excellent product, I Applied This, ( Then I Went For My Daily Walk For About 2Hours ) And Product Glean Algea Remover Had Done A Excellent Job, As Photos Show, I bought 2 Bottles, As I Have 4 Panels Of Fence, So If Your Looking This Sort Of Product, Give Glean Agae A Go, Very Highly Recommend.

Slow to work
Easy to use, slow to see any positive results

Works Very Well
I had very heavy algae which has all but totally disappeared with just one application. A second will, I have no doubt, clear it completely. A bit expensive but I guess worth it if it does the job the way it is doing so.

Early days but it shows signs of working. Some of the worst areas will require a second spray. Personally, I would have preferred a tighter stream delivery in addition to the spray.
