I like how lightweight and compact this is, it has really good sound quality in games and paired with DTS Unbound software from Microsoft store the performance is superb, has a nice flat and detailed sound Mid/high’s and low’s all are crystal clear and not distorted, mic is also good, not the BEST mic in the wireless headsets but would say better than the average mic.Wish they had Bluetooth functionality but can’t complain for the features packed on this price point

Second time buying it and not charging. The product is very old and the battery needs a push start as it was not used or charged for ages it won't charge with the cable.

Had to carefully jumpstart the battery. But I like the mini game before the use.Great product!

I was so excited both times I received these. The first time I purchased them used - Didn't work, no LED light to show it as charging, nothing.Returned them for amazon credit and bought a brand new pair and they arrive clearly having been returned before due to the box having sticky residue. Surprise surprise, same exact problem.The only upside was Ahmad the lovely customer service agent I'd contacted to get a full refund.

Bought 2 pairs and none of them charge/turn on. Tried different usb ports and chargers. Checked online for tricks no way, looks like everyone is having the same problem and no solution. I know we can't expect much from hyper but at least it could charge. Returning.

Did not charge and wasn't switching on. Done "battery reset" with connecting wires straight to the battery and woke it from dead. Now working as should.

I find this pair quite uncomfortable as the clamping force gives me a headache after 1 hour of use. Leather cushions make it worse as inside gets really hot because it makes a good seal. I would call it a "clamp" rather than a seal though...Sound quality is average. Mid bass heavy which helps hearing enemy footsteps. The soundstage seems quite narrow making spatial sound a bit hit and miss. anything that is too close to you (i.e just below you) sounds like inside your head.Best thing about this set is the microphone quality. It is podcast quality good. It really is ridiculous, never seen/heard? anything like this.I think a streamer with a small head and a cold room who never plays close combat would appreciate this headset.
