Try charging something else with the same adapter and see if it works just to test it. Another possibility is that it’s not plugged in fully. Make sure you push in the charger with some force into the vacuum. If it still does not charge then please reach back to us and we will continue to help you. Again i’m very sorry and thank you for your patience.
