Product is good. But instalation teams response very bad so I canceled instalation service.No follow schedules after paying 500 just for instalation still don't come on time.waited too long afterthat canceled.

Product is good at best. The assembly is easy. Installation need a bit of skill. Looks good. Assembly holes were not properly drilled. Shelfs look a bit off centered and slanted. Quality can improve. It would help if Installation template were provided.

Simply worthless product
Simply worthless product even technician support just pathetic. Would request everyone not to invest into this product otherwise you will be in trap. Seem like I have done crime purchasing this product. However I would appreciate company representative to attend me but the local vendor what the company has tied up or outsourcing , it's simply pathetic and even the technican was not at all competent enough. Product quantity wise not at all expected , the size of the blocks were different resulting in derail on current angle. Looks odd. Worst experience ever I have had. This is just to sensitize buyers.

While the installation was a bit challenging, itโs manageable if you take the time to measure accurately before drilling. Improper openings given my manufacturer
The whole tv mount and the product quality was awesome the only defect in it was the part where the side part of the mount had levels which was improperly bolted and thr openings given on it were not in a proper level which we noticed atter fixing it on the wall
