Ingenious!!
I don’t write a lot of reviews but this gadget turned out to be such a fantastic solution for my window unit dripping onto my wooden cellar door; I was frustrated at having to either dump a bucket of water every day or rotting my wooden door. Attaches in less than 5 seconds and completely solves problem!!

Build quality, customer service resolution of inquiries.
The owner is hands on with questions and product support. Will go the extra mile to ensure customer is 100% satisfied. Havnt installed product, but it looks sturdy and up to the task. Would recommend and purchase again from this selleragin. Wish their were more honest company's on Amazon that actually valued their customers like this company did.

Does its job, easy to install
Does exactly what it claims to do. The funnel is a 3D printed piece, and the tubing can be purchased at any hardware store if it ever needs to be replaced. The magnets are strong and hold the funnel securely to the bottom of the air conditioner. Would happily purchase again if the need arose.

Great idea but doesn't always work that well
The concept of this product is great but some times the magnet doesn't align quite well and the water drips everywhere. It's working fine for now though, better than nothing.

Works as advertised..
My window AC unit was dripping water through the overflow port on to the lanai. I positioned the funnel under the port and ran the hose out to the garden. No more water on the lanai plus it took me about 2 minutes to install. If your AC unit is leaking water where you don't want to get wet, this is the product for you..

It's okay
'I was really excited to get this item in order to keep water away from the house foundation. I can't say it works the best. It is easy to install, just put it up to the drain hole and the magnets hold it in place with no problem. I live in a very high humidity area, and it often can't keep up with the moisture being pulled from my home. For the money, it's just okay.
