As close to pure that I’ve found.
I finally found the one. Yes, it’s expensive, but a little goes a long way and it doesn’t have erythritol! It’s absurdly hard to find pure monk fruit without it being mixed with something else. This is as close as you’re going to get to pure. At this point, after using it for months in my tea, cottage cheese and even baked goods, I am sold and I just put it on subscribe and save to cut that 50 cents out. Every little bit helps. I can’t stand stevia aftertaste and this has barely any in comparison. To me, I find it very slight and not bothersome. If you overdo the sweetening, you will obviously have a stronger aftertaste. I add about 5-6 ish drops in my tea? They come out fast, so I do wish there was different packaging, perhaps a glass bottle and dropper like another user suggested. But if that will drive up costs a lot, I’d rather the plastic. If you rise it to like 11.50, I would do it, but anything more and I probably won’t. Also, please stop creeping up the price. I beg of you. It’s already steep. Love, a thankful customer. I might just try to add it to an amber glass bottle myself. If anyone does that before me, please update your review ! I’d love to hear how it worked out. 💪

Large drops using fewer drops than other brands
Edit: I wrote the original review several months ago and gave it 4 stars. I've upped it to 5 stars, largely because the price has dropped making it more than competitive with the other brand mentioned. It still isn't cheap, but in recently months a much better value than the other brand. One bottle usually lasts me about 1 month, but it is only me in this household using artificial sweeteners. You can do the math. I always keep one unopened bottle on hand in case I run short prematurely on the current bottle. First I want to say that unflavored Lakanto monkfruit drops do a good job of sweetening and don't introduce other flavors (like Stevia does). I've used the other brand https://www.amazon.com/Monk-Drops-Sweetener-Concentrated-MonkFruit/dp/B07CQLG4P7/ref=sxts_rp_s_a_1_0?content-id=amzn1.sym.3432eb1a-1558-4445-9430-9bb3e7f7b9b7%3Aamzn1.sym.3432eb1a-1558-4445-9430-9bb3e7f7b9b7&crid=3F0F8182D553Q&cv_ct_cx=monk+fruit+drops&keywords=monk+fruit+drops&pd_rd_i=B07CQLG4P7&pd_rd_r=c4465e7b-0301-409f-bd70-d582c4b805f2&pd_rd_w=E5bIi&pd_rd_wg=nb4wj&pf_rd_p=3432eb1a-1558-4445-9430-9bb3e7f7b9b7&pf_rd_r=NWE7RPJMNTZTZETVPK97&qid=1687368777&rdc=1&sprefix=monkfruit+drops%2Caps%2C111&sr=1-1-5985efba-8948-4f09-9122-d605505c9d1e for a long time. They are both expensive. The original drops that I had been using are much more viscous and require more drops than the Lakanto. But the Lakanto droplets are larger in size and more watery. The Lakanto drops and the other Monkfruit drops do the same job and cost the same per bottle. Because of the sweetness and drop size I don't know what one is more economical than the other. Both are expensive. But they both do the job. I do have one gripe about the Lakanto: The bottle. The "spout" where the droplets come out are in an awkward place and the droplets do not land precisely, at least not easily whereas the other mentioned monkfruit drop bottle has a spout and the viscosity of the drops make the placement very precise. in fact, I've now cannibalized the other bottle and put Lakanto drops in it for the purpose of precision. Doing that also confirmed that the Lakanto drops are less viscous and larger, even with the alternate bottle. At some point I'm going to do a drop sweetness comparison and then compare drops on a jewelry scale to try to come up with an idea of which sweetner is cheaper, as they both do the same job, but the Lakanto requires fewer but larger drops and the bottle is 1/4 ounce more liquid than the other brand. IMO either brand is fine but deciding if one is a better value over the other is difficult at this time.

No Aftertaste or Digestive Issues
Best sweetener for coffee or other drinks. No funny taste. I have used them all and this is best for me. Easy to use and no digestive issues like some others. I add it to probiotic drinks that need a little extra sweetness.

BUY THIS YESTERDAY
Ok so I’m not one of those people who says “I never write reviews” when I actually do bc I’m paid and just trying to get people to buy a product....I LITERALLY N E V E R write reviews for anything. I’m at work currently at my desk and I got this delivered and opened it immediately. I’m genuinely impressed. The bottle is so cute and perfect for keeping in your purse for on the go. It is SWEET like sugar, some might even say (myself included) that it’s too sweet for the amount of drops they recommend but I don’t like my coffee super sweet. I tasted it straight out of the bottle because I wanted to know if I wasted my money and if it did in fact have an after taste. PSA: it does NOT. Idk why people are saying it does, it honestly from the bottom of my heart tastes like liquid sugar. I am extremely skeptical of sweeteners. It was one reason I couldn’t do keto at first because all the ones I had tried, even sweet drops stevia drops have one to me. And people claim that doesn’t have one. This is literally the best thing and I hope to God they never go out of business or discontinue this. It’s not even that expensive when you’re looking at how much you’re getting, and if you’re like me and don’t like overly sweet things, you could really double the amount of servings in this bottle. Ok I’m done I have to get back to work now. And no I wasn’t paid a penny for this review.

Not terrible
It's definitely on the spendy side, but this is the least bad-tasting alternative sweetener I've found. I use it tea(s) and hot chocolate (so far).

Lakanto Liquid Monk Fruit Extract Drops without Erythitotol
Lakanto Liquid Monk Fruit Extract Drops Original Erythitotol Free Sugar Substitute Sweeter for Coffee, Tea, Smoothies, Oatmeal, Yogurt, Sugar Free Vegan Keto 1.76 FL OZ, 260 servings for $10.42 I used to use dried Monk Fruit in the Raw in small packets, but it did have Erythitotol in it which might be a be a problem for with heart issues. I didn’t, but I still wanted to get rid of Erythitotol and this was the perfect solution. The only ingredients are Monk Fruit extract, citric acid and purified water. There is no aftertaste at all. They say you don’t have to refrigerate it, but I only use twice a day so I like to keep it fresh and refrigerated. Quality is excellent, value for the money is excellent. Sweetening is excellent. Best of all is made in the US so you are supporting small business in this country. I highly recommend this product!

Perfect to sweeten my tea
Doesn't taste “funny”. No aftertaste. Just a couple of drops to sweeten my tea. One bottle lasts months. What’s not to like?

The taste isn't bad
In comparison to Truvia it's not better in taste, but it's not bad either. Being in drops isn't much of a difference for ne. What I don't like is not really knowing that I'm running out until it's just about finished.

Buen sabor.
Tiene buen sabor y lo más importante es que rinde bastante y eso compensa el costo que a mi parecer es elevado.
