Neato Robotics 945-0198 Neato BotVac D Series Combo Brush

I ordered this to replace the brush in my D3 Pro. I’d noticed my original brush wasn’t cleaning as good as new though I’d only had my bot about 8 months. I do run my Neato daily. The brush fits my D3 Pro and does an awesome job. I moved to a new apartment, replaced the brush in my Neato with this one, and ran the vacuum to see what I would pick up, expecting some but not much. The Neato had a full bin and the carpet was fluffed up and cleaner looking. It handles cat hair and litter easily, leaning none behind. I've learned it’s important to replace the brush and filters as the manual states to keep the vacuum working as good as new.

We replaced this brush after having our Neato for about 1.5 years. In hindsight, we probably could have replaced it sooner not because the bristles degraded significantly or anything, but because it had accumulated so much dust and dirt over that time. It is excellent in picking up hairs, so my husband regularly has to pull them off the brush. This brush seems to be one of the main components of what makes this vacuum so effective, so I think it's important to invest in keeping up with the condition of it. We'll continue to purchase this brush time and time again for the life of our Neato. Love this brand and how it works for us.

Just bought a Neato D7 and happy with it but it would error our right in the middle of a room with the "clean my brush" error but it was clean. We recently installed new carpet which is very dense and high pile. I did still have to take this brush and trim about 1/16 of an inch (or less) off the bristles with a scissors and the bot now seems o work very well. This brush also helps the bot navigate and climb runners and rugs which it had problems doing with the original brush. And it runs much quieter on both wood and carpeted floors. I wish the bot would come with this brush or it was less expensive, but overall I'm happy with it.

Seen those videos where the robot vacuum rolls over something your cat left for you that should have been in the litter pan? Well it happened to me too. Fortunately I caught it before it got more than 5 feet away, and laminate floors are a must for pet owners. The robot cleaned up fine but fhe factory brush was a lost cause. Replaced it with this unit and haven't had an issue. I read reviews on "compatible" parts fraying and failing prematurely so I stuck with the genuine Neato part. Just hope we don't have another situation like that again!

It says it's a genuine product but it didn't fit snug. It had about 2mm of play and made a lot of noise on my D5. I cut out a small piece of Mr clean sponge to make up for the gap and placed it on the tear drop side. It works great now with no noise and the sponge doesn't interfere with its rotation. If it was a perfect fit right out the box then it would be a 5star.

I love my Neato. I have a husky who is constantly shedding and 8 kids on a tile floor with rugs. I just make sure the door is cleaned up and neato does the rest. Each day when I empty the bin it is full to the brim with did hair and dust and crumbs. The Neato brush is equally good on my carpet as it is on my tile floors going seamlessly from one to the other. I tried a brush that was compatible but not the actual needle Nido brand and I was not nearly as a impressed

I tried a 3rd party brush and it did not fit correctly and was poorly constructed making the robot operation incredibly noisy. I broke down and spent the extra money of the genuine Neto Brush and it works perfectly. The original brush the robot came with was a spiral, this one with the spirals meeting in the middle seems to work even better.

The botvac has started making quite a noise that was clearly coming from the brush. This replacement brush fixed the issue. The brush was original from 8 months ago, we use th vac 2-3 times per week. Super easy to replace, video on Neato's website shows you how. Quite expensive but is a genuine Neato brush. I replace filters and clean the botvac monthly. Don't know how we lived without this amazing vacuum.

The combo brush works great and effectively cleans my homes floors very well, including carpeted and hardwood areas. We have a long-hair cat that sheds constantly, and this brush handles that quite well. FYI the black round cap on the end of the roller can be pulled off to aid getting the hair out of that spot. Not sure if that is an obvious feature.

J'ai reçu avec mon Neato DU édition animaux la brosse droite (pas en spirale comme celle là) et après un ans de loyaux services à avoir avalé a peu près tout et n'importe quoi il fallait la changer. Ai voulu essayer la version en spirale et la différence est énorme. Sur le ramassage je n'ai pas vu de grosse différence (dans le sens où c'est toujours parfait). En revanche celle ci est 100 fois plus silencieuse que la version droite fourni d'origine !! Pour la qualité je dirais que c'est une Neato officiel (j'ai comparé les deux et les poils on la même sensation au touché, les bandes en caoutchouc aussi et les plastiques (notamment les embouts) sont carrément identique. Super brosse à voir dans le temps.

Nuestro NEATO BOTVAC no tenia este cepillo y tras leer opiniones sobre el decidimos comprarlo. hicimos bién, además es repuesto original de la marca por lo que encaja a la perfección y no hay ningún problema. Nos sigue sorprendiendo la calidad con la que trabajan la gente de NEATO. Todo un gustazo. Destacar, aunque ya lo he puesto en otros comentarios, su servicio técnico. Tal vez lo mejor de la marca (y hablamos de unos productos muy, pero que muy buenos, imaginaos entonces su atención al cliente).

Works like a charm on my d7. First brush change in 2 years, noticed the old one started hogging dirt on one side and decided to switch. Much better now.
