They’re just OK
I use these for barre. I bought these because everyone was saying that they do not roll up. That was not the case for me. Hopefully mine were just duds, but I was pretty disappointed. They do seem to be durable though, so there’s that.

Es igual que la imagen, el manual, 5 bandas de resistencia y la bolsita, muy util. La calidad es buena, por la naturaleza se debe tener cuidado para no dañarlo con objetos que puedan cortar. Se pueden hacer muy buenos ejercicios... Se puede agarrar fuerza rapido, trabajas varios musculos, puedes trabaja la parte de arriba, brazos, pecho, y abajo, piernas.Actualizacion: se rompio la roja en 3 meses de uso, usandolo con cuidado :/
