Does not fully absorb but smells good
likes: The mamey sapote extract is the first ingredient. It smells nice but fades fairly quickly.Dislikes: there are other ingredients besides mamey sapote. Which is a shame since mamey sapote doesn’t sit like other oils on your hair... it will fully absorb! So the fact that it has castor oil and cotton seed oil in it too is extra and somewhat annoying. What is even more annoying is that they left out a few ingredients and it doesn’t match the bottle’s ingredients. The reason why I will not also use this on my face is they added BHT and red dye. The smell of the oil itself basically comes from sapote which is good but I am furious because Castor oil is probably what makes people think that this grows hair fast. castor oil is cheaper and grows hair fast but doesn’t smell so great.All in all... the smell is divine but it lies about its ingredients. If it has something else in it please list it so some unfortunate buyer like myself won’t buy it thinking it’s a pure oil. I left a very light coating in my hair after a shower and true 100% mamey sapote will fully absorb but not this stuff unfortunately. Oh well.
