Great ab work out
I bought this for my teens workout room because they wanted to build their abs up. I have to boys and 1 girl using it for almost a month now and you can definitely see the progress. They have a lot of fun working out on this machine. You can work your sides as well which is awesome. I love seeing my kids get fit and stay healthy while having fun doing it. It was for easy to put together and he have had no issues as far as it tipping over. It is made pretty sturdy to hold a good amount of weight as well. Thank you for such a fun workout machine.

Good value for the money, sturdy, durable, love the compact size, can be folded up and under the bed it goes. You can really feel the effectiveness when using this machine to workout. Everything burns and it only takes a matter of seconds.

I am thoroughly enjoying using this. I started slow and do 3 rounds of 20 reps and after the first day my abs were on fire. I continue building up from there.

De verkoper heeft mij goed op de hoogte gehouden van het leveringsproces. Het artikel is zelfs eerder dan verwacht geleverd. Ik kon het makkelijk monteren. De Ab trainer is van goede kwaliteit, klein, stevig, licht, en makkelijk in gebruik. Het is makkelijk om op te bergen omdat het inklapbaar is. Ik ben zeer tevreden!
