When buying a supplement it's important to research the active ingredient/s and satisfy yourself that the claims made are valid, and that tablet will be helpful to you.Ashwagandha has been shown in proper clinical trials to raise Testosterone, other claims are made, I can't speak to those, my reason is a natural booster, but low Testosterone is linked to mood change and weight gain.These tablet as advertised at 8000mg are a high does version, and if this is what you are looking for this is an good tablet and the strength at an approx price of 11.5p per tablet is competitive.Large tablets in this case, so something to note.

Great for the Price - Recommended
Brilliant high strength ashwagandha which is a great supplement for helping with reducing anxiety and relieving stress and anxiety and is also a great anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. I've taken this in the form of a multi-supplement and similar complexes to this previously to help with keeping my mood lifted and so know from prior use that it works well for me - just make sure you're clear about the benefits and if you need to supplement with this or not before taking it based on other people's opinions unless they're professionals offering you specific advice.If you know that ashwagandha is the right supplement for you right now then this is a good high strength choice and if taken at the recommended minimum one a day (which is enough at this strength) then this bottle will last around two months which is great value.

Slight improvement in sleep
I have been taking these now for a little while and whilst the difference isnt huge, I have noticed a slight improvement in feeling less anxious and this has helped me sleep better.I have been taking 1 tablet per day (recommended is 1-2 per day) as I want this to last a little longer and I already take a lot of tablets daily, so wanted to keep it to a minimum, and I am enjoying the results.This isnt a night and day difference kind of product, but more of a gradual increase in mood and reduced stress. My job is high stress, so I am always a little tightly wound and this has just taken the edge off it a little.

High dosage
This is certainly a very high dosage. Normally I take around 1000 mg but one of these capsules gives you an impressive 8000 mg. I really like that they are clearly marked as being suitable for vegans and this is a British made product. You get a very long date of 18 months from the time of ordering. They come and have a sealable pouch that can be recycled. The capsules out of typical size and easy enough to swallow. If you are after a reasonably priced high dosage supplement that is suitable for vegans then I think this is perfect.

High dosage.
I got these tablets as l heard ashwagsnda tablets were good for low mood and anxiety, l have been taking a lower dosage, but got these ones for my husband as he was interested in there benefits for mental health....although not suffering with depression, l think its fair to say, times have been difficult in the past 18 months, and mood swings can happen to the best of us, so he is going to continue us to take them with his other vitamin supplements.....

Great tablets with many benefits,...
A nice high dosage of tablets.These are fairly large so a glass of water to hand when taking is advised.I find ashwagandha extremely helpful for menopausal symptoms, sleep and body temperature. I wouldn't be without them now !!These are as good as any other brand of ashwagandha I've tried.An excellent price too.Fully recommended.

Great value for high strength
These ashwagandha capsules from Nutripact are very high strength and have really boosted my mood. I feel I have more energy, certainly more motivation and I’ve been sleeping better since taking these as well. As they are much higher strength, I have been taking just one a day instead of two which makes them very good value for two months supply.

Aids insomnia and anxiety
I was recommended to try ashwagandha as I suffer with insomnia and anxiety. I can without question say that taking them for over a week now I have noticed a difference. These are high in strength but also a very large pill. My sleep pattern has definitely improved in the last week. I will continue with taking these supplements!
