Can i use this with the hp omen 45l liquid cooling?

Hi Trey, Depends on what kind of metals are used in the HP Omen 45l liquid cooling system. If it's mixed metals (copper cold plate and aluminum radiator), then I would not recommend using this coolant as it is not designed to be used in mixed metal loops. It should be used in loops with all similar metals, copper, nickel-plated copper, and brass parts. If you have any other questions please reach out: support.corsair.com

What's the difference between coolant and regular distilled water?

Hi Isaac, Coolant has advanced anti-corrosion and anti-bacterial inhibitors. Highly recommend using a proper coolant instead of distilled water. If you have any other questions please reach out: support.corsair.com

Can you mix 50-50 a bottel of blue and clear xl8 fluids together to dillute the color?

Yes. I mixed clear and green and I've had no issues. Its been in my loop since December.
