Great product, works well.

Good value well made and very useful

It works perfectly well. Connection with the mouse dongle and the MacBook was seamless. My only concern is that it is long. It sticks out the side of the MacBook ridiculously long. You’ll need to be careful moving the MacBook about so it doesn’t bump into table or book edges and thereby damage your precious MacBook. So, I’m holding onto a start for that one. Overall, it’s a great purchase.

Let me just say, this was a brilliant purchase! With our household filled with a plethora of USB devices, these adapters have become indispensable. The quality of these adapters is fantastic—they seamlessly convert USB C to USB A, making it super convenient to connect all our devices without any hassle. Whether it's my MacBook Pro or my iPhone 17, they've worked flawlessly every time. I would like to note that these are a Chinese-made product, and the only reason I chose them is that I couldn't find any UK options that offered the same functionality.

Perfect unit to connect plug and play units to a smart phone. The first time I connected a usb pen drive via the adapter to my phone it wasn't recognised however unplugging and then plugging the unit back into the phone all worked perfectly.

This three-pack does exactly what you’d hope: it gives you a proper USB-A port when your kit only offers USB-C, which is increasingly the norm while most of us still rely on USB-A leads. Build quality is solid, they fit firmly, and having three instead of one was a pleasant surprise. Using one on a USB-C fast-charging plug cancelled the fast-charge function. That’s expected behaviour rather than a fault: fast-charging standards (USB-PD, Quick Charge, PPS, etc.) rely on specific power-negotiation signals over the USB-C connector. A passive USB-C-to-A adapter can’t carry those negotiation lines correctly, so the charger defaults to basic 5 V output. This is a limitation of the USB standard, not of the adapter itself. Still, for everyday data and standard charging, they’re very useful and good value.

I've been using these very day with my tablet and mobile to be used as quick portable PC's, got a 3 pack in case they fail over time, but I am still using my first one, although compatible with USB-C. Please note that if you plug into a phone or tablet with a case, the block finish may prevent it from pushing in all the way.
