No puppies under 12 weeks and for puppies less than 3 pounds but over 12 weeks they can be treated by wiping their hair with a cloth sprayed with Ovitrol except their eyes, nose, and mouth. It suggests spraying a towel with Ovitrol and wrapping the puppy up for 5-10 minutes. I hope this helps, I've treated my grown dog and like the product. I bought it because I hate the smell of Adams, this has an odor just not as obnoxious as Adams and the smell goes away pretty quick.

What is the shelf life of Ovitrol Plus, spray ( not aerosol)

I had some for 5 or 6 years and it still worked. I ordered another spray as I like to have it on hand.

Can it safely be used on rabbits

I have never used it on a rabbit,just on dogs and cats. Recommendations on label are dogs,cats and horses. I would check with a vet.

Does this work on Roaches?

I used this on my horses. I have never known horses to have roaches, but they did have fleas and this spray took care of those and the bots on their legs.
