High quality wrench. Love it! **Q: Does it come with a case?** A: As of 01-10-2020 it does come with what appears to be a very nice and solid black poly case. **Q: Does dual scale mean both Ft/Lb and Nm scales are marked on the wrench?** A: Mark, that's exactly what it means. There is one scale on one side of the wrench and another scale on the other side of the wrench. It lets you adjust the wrench to what ever specs apply to the machine your working on. I work on a lot of french made helicopters.
